We believe what you put on your skin matters as much as what you put in your body. Every ingredient in our products is chosen with intention — sourced as close to home as possible, minimally processed, and free from synthetic fillers and preservatives.
Rendered from the suet of pasture-raised cattle, our tallow is rich in fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K. Its fatty acid profile closely mirrors the lipids naturally found in human skin, making it deeply nourishing without clogging pores. We source from a small local farm that shares our same values.

Our Nubian does produce the rich, creamy milk we use in every bar of goat milk soap. Goat milk is naturally high in lactic acid, which gently exfoliates and brightens skin, and its fat content creates a luxuriously creamy lather. We use fresh milk from our own herd — never powdered or reconstituted.

Cold-pressed, unrefined organic coconut oil contributes to a firm bar with excellent cleansing properties and a stable, bubbly lather. We use it in measured amounts to balance cleansing power with skin conditioning, ensuring our soaps rinse clean without stripping natural oils.

Extra-virgin organic olive oil is a time-honored soap-making ingredient prized for its skin-conditioning oleic acid content. It produces a creamy, stable lather and leaves skin feeling soft and supple. We source certified organic oil to avoid pesticide residues.

Unrefined, fair-trade shea butter adds a silky, moisturizing quality to our whipped body butters and tallow creams. It melts at skin temperature, absorbs readily, and is packed with triterpenes that support skin elasticity. We use only unrefined shea to preserve its natural vitamins and healing compounds.

Pure, unbleached beeswax from small-scale apiaries creates a breathable protective barrier on skin without blocking pores. It adds body to our tallow balms and helps them hold up in warm temperatures. Beeswax is naturally antibacterial and has been used in skin preparations for centuries.

Rendered from the leaf fat of pasture-raised hogs, sourced from the same farm our tallow comes from, our lard brings a uniquely skin-compatible richness to select formulas. Like tallow, lard's fatty acid profile — high in oleic and palmitic acids — closely mirrors the skin's own sebum, making it exceptionally moisturizing and gentle. We render it slowly in small batches to preserve its natural properties and ensure a clean, odor-neutral result.

Cold-pressed, organic castor oil is a small but mighty addition to our soap bars. Its high ricinoleic acid content creates a thick, stable, creamy lather and contributes to a harder, longer-lasting bar. We use it in carefully measured amounts — a little goes a long way — to enhance the feel of each wash without heaviness.

When we scent our products, we use only pure essential oils — never synthetic fragrance oils or parfum. Our current lineup includes lavender, peppermint, lemon, and tea tree, each chosen for both its aroma and its skin-supportive properties. Unscented options are always available for those with sensitivities.
